Wheatlands of Lorestan Province in harvest

Harvest season for wheat has arrived in Iran's Lorestan Province.

The most important agricultural product of Lorestan Province is wheat. The product is grown in all parts of the province to meet the needs of the region, province and even the country.

The area under cultivation in the province is more than 200,000 hectares. It is expected that 370,000 to 380,000 tons will be harvested from the area this year and more than 350,000 tons will be delivered to the silos.

Lorestan Province is called one of the leading regions in production of the agricultural good.
